This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your office management and customer support skills in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet customers promptly and professionally at the front desk, creating a welcoming atmosphere.</li><li>Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information.</li><li>Handle data entry tasks with precision using computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks.</li><li>Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and perform clerical duties such as proofreading and document management.</li><li>Support office management activities including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping.</li><li>Assist with administrative tasks like filing, copying, scanning documents, and managing office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven office experience with strong clerical skills and familiarity with office management tools.</li><li>Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry software.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.</li><li>Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills; experience with multi-line phone systems is preferred.</li><li>Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse customer needs effectively.</li><li>Previous experience as a receptionist, medical or dental receptionist, or personal assistant is advantageous.</li><li>Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is beneficial but not required.</li><li>Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure while demonstrating excellent time management skills.
