With long-standing client relationships with many of the country&rsquo;s leading health systems, this initial acquisition is a well-respected partner poised for significant growth with PE backing. 
Position Summary 
We&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the executive team and help keep the agency running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while anticipating needs before they arise. You have excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. You are dependable and can readily provide solutions in a fast-paced business environment.
 
Key Responsibilities 
Executive Partnership<ul><li>
Serve as a trusted right hand to executive leadership, managing priorities, workflow, and decision-making support</li><li>
Proactively manage complex calendars, meetings, and time allocation with a strategic lens</li><li>
Act as a gatekeeper and representative of the executive team, exercising sound judgment and discretion</li><li>
Anticipate needs, risks, and opportunities before they arise</li><li>
Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries when required</li><li>
Assist with expense tracking and report submission</li></ul>
Strategic and Operational Support<ul><li>
Prepare executive-level materials including presentations, reports, briefs, and client-facing documents when requested</li><li>
Support executive team meetings, strategic planning, quarterly planning sessions, and leadership offsites</li><li>
Collaborate to drive process improvements across operations, communication, and internal systems</li></ul> 

Agency and Client Coordination<ul><li>
Act as a liaison between executives, internal teams, and external partners or clients</li><li>
Support project tracking, deadlines, and internal workflows</li><li>
Assist with onboarding new hires and coordinating agency events or meetings</li><li>
Maintain organized digital filing systems and documentation</li></ul>
Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>
3-5+ years experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Previous experience in a marketing agency, creative agency, or professional services firm</li><li>
Proven ability to operate autonomously with minimal direction</li><li>
Strong business acumen and understanding of agency operations</li><li>
Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
High emotional intelligence and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships</li><li>
Excellent oral and written communication skills; high level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)</li></ul>
Compensation and Benefits<ul><li>
Salary range of $60,000&ndash;$75,000, depending on experience</li><li>
