TIME Ruby Hotel Apartments is currently looking for energetic and passionate candidates for an Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate, preferably with previous experience in a similar role in reputed hospitality organizations and the ability to fulfil the following core responsibilities.Job Responsibilities:1. Electrical Maintenance &amp; Repair<ul><li>Responsible for the maintenance and repair of all mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation equipment.</li><li>Responsible for the electrical maintenance of the mains/domestic single and 3-phase supplied distribution systems.</li><li>Maintains all lighting and in-house power installations and appliances.</li><li>Maintains control systems for M&amp;E related processes, including equipment, televisions, hair dryers, and shaver sockets.</li><li>Maintains all guest and service lifts.</li></ul>2. Emergency Systems<ul><li>Responsible for the electrical maintenance of emergency services, including fire alarms, lighting, batteries, and standby power requirements, including the generator.</li></ul>3. General Duties &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Adheres to Company and Hotel rules and regulations at all times.</li><li>Reports any equipment failures or problems to the Maintenance Department.</li><li>Passes any maintenance requests to the Maintenance Department.</li><li>Complies with any reasonable request made by management to the best of your ability.</li><li>Ensures that the standards required by Law and by Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
