 Job Description &ndash; Product Manager (Mumbai)
 
 
 We aim to offer innovative credit solutions ranging from short-term advances to personal loans, flexible credit lines, and balance transfers.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strategy &amp; Vision: Define product roadmap and align leadership and stakeholders to build InCred into a market leader in personal lending.
 </li>
 <li>
 Customer-Centric Innovation: Research customer needs and industry gaps to design new features, improve UX, and run experiments across underwriting, sales, and marketing.
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution Excellence: Own roadmap prioritization, ensure timely delivery, maintain product discipline, and drive continuous improvements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Go-To-Market: Collaborate with sales, biz dev, and marketing teams to launch digital and offline campaigns, channel partnerships, and D2C initiatives.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Ideal Candidate
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 BTech/BE; MBA from a top B-school preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 3&ndash;4 years total experience, including 3+ years in product management (with startup exposure)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in fintech lending or consumer financial services preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of impact and ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
 
 
 </li>
