 Position Overview
 
 
 
 The Manager, Parts and Service Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth in after-market parts and service solutions for TIME Manufacturing&rsquo;s bucket truck product lines. This role involves managing key customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Sales &amp; Business Development
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Develop and implement strategies to increase parts and service sales for bucket trucks and aerial lifts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including fleet owners, rental companies, utility providers, and service centers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their ongoing service and parts needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and present customized proposals, pricing strategies, and service agreements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the aftermarket business.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Customer Relationship Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding parts availability, service offerings, and technical support.
 </li>
 <li>
 Address customer concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with the Service Operations team to ensure efficient scheduling and execution of repairs and maintenance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Operational Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Collaborate with the parts department to ensure adequate inventory levels and timely fulfillment of customer orders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with Director of NA Service Operations to align sales efforts with operational capabilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and technological advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Reporting &amp; Financial Performance
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior management, and adjust strategies as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop pricing strategies for parts and services to optimize profitability while remaining competitive.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 5+ years in parts and service sales, preferably in the bucket truck, aerial lift, or heavy-duty vehicle industry.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, sales, engineering, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of bucket truck components, hydraulic systems, electrical systems, and maintenance requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to effectively present solutions and close deals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Capable of addressing customer needs with tailored parts and service solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working cross-functionally with service and parts departments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CRM tools, sales tracking software (specifically Hubspot), and Microsoft Office Suite.
 </li>
