Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant/Real Estate Title Assistant to join our team of professionals in our tight knit office in providing a high-quality real estate product and experience to our family of clients. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in general office tasks, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.Duties<ul><li>Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients at the front desk, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.</li><li>Perform proofreading and editing of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.</li><li>Assist with general clerical tasks, including filing and data entry.</li><li>Scanning Abstracts and miscellaneous legal documents.</li><li>Complete public records run-downs for closings.</li><li>Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and messages, ensuring timely responses.</li><li>Making bank deposits both in person and electronically.</li><li>Conducting deliveries and pick-ups of abstracts and closing packages with local client offices.</li><li>Processing recording packages.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant/Real Estate Paralegal or in a similar role is preferred.</li><li>Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.</li><li>Proficiency in office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Attention to detail with strong proofreading abilities.</li></ul>If you are a proactive, self-motivated individual with a passion for supporting others in an administrative capacity, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity!Job Type: Full-timePay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Retirement plan</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Seneca Falls, NY 13148 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Seneca Falls, NY 13148: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
