Timken Power Systems, Philadelphia Gear brand has a current opening for a Service Center Engineer responsible for all technical aspects that support the operations of the regional service center and acts as a technical liaison to the Philadelphia Gear corporate engineering department. 


Essential Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Implement customer requirements for the repair, modification, or upgrade of customer's equipment</li>
<li>Evaluate the condition of equipment and determine which components are re-usable, repairable, or must be replaced</li>
<li>Perform failure analysis and create technical reports for customers</li>
<li>Define the scope of work needed to return equipment back to full working condition</li>
<li>Measure and reverse engineer non-PG components</li>
<li>Provide calculations for manufacture of new gears or repair of existing gears</li>
<li>Design, specify, and create detail drawings of components</li>
<li>Build job travelers that lay out the order of operations and describe the work needed to carry out the repairs or modifications of gears, components and equipment</li>
<li>Provide hands-on technical support on the shop floor during assembly and machining operations, diagnosing issues, guiding repairs, and implementing corrective actions</li>
<li>Actively work alongside shop personnel during assembly and manufacturing&mdash;troubleshoot assembly/machining problems, recommend process adjustments, and verify corrective actions</li>
<li>Provide shop-floor assistance for complex assemblies and machining processes, offering guidance, inspections, and hands-on problem resolution</li>
<li>Provide technical assistance in assembly and machining activities as needed, coaching technicians on best practices and directly resolving technical issues</li>
<li>Provide technical support to suppliers, customers, field service, and customer service</li>
<li>Occasional travel may be required</li></ul>

Basic Qualifications:

<li>Experience with mechanical power transmission and gear drives</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of fluid film and rolling element bearings, gear design, and vibration analysis is highly desirable</li>
<li>Proficient in SolidWorks 3D modeling</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft 365/ Office Suite software</li></ul>

Finance College Graduate Program Overview 


The Timken Company&rsquo;s Finance College Graduate Program (FCGP) offers a unique and differentiated experience with broad-based business leadership development opportunities for incoming professionals within the Finance organization. The 24-month program consists of three 8-month rotations with exposure to a variety of critical Finance functions including Financial Planning &amp; Analysis, Plant Controlling, Accounting, Audit, Tax, Treasury and Investor Relations. Rotations are located at our Corporate Headquarters in North Canton, Ohio and at various manufacturing plants across the United States. 


Through mentoring, cross-functional development, special projects and exposure to Finance and executive leadership, you will be able to hone your skills within the Finance streams, gain valuable hands-on experience and develop as a future business leader at Timken. Responsibilities may include the preparation of financial reports, financial analysis and operational support, communication of financial results, account reconciliations, tax law compliance, costing methods, and planning and profitability reporting. 

Upon completion of the rotational program, employees will advance into a variety of progressive roles and future leadership opportunities across the organization similar to previous, accomplished program alumni. 


Minimum Qualifications

<li>Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a closely related field. (graduation no later than May 2027)</li>
<li>Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above, 3.0 or above preferred</li>
<li>Prior Finance internship/co-op experiences</li>
<li>Leadership skills demonstrated through academic, extra-curricular, military service or employment experiences</li>
<li>Ability to relocate within the United States</li>
<li>Legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship</li></ul>

Role Summary:

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Sales Engineer to drive business growth in Turkey - Ankara-Konya and Eskisehir region. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and identifying opportunities for Timken&rsquo;s innovative product solutions.
