Purpose</b>: The HRIS Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, optimization, and strategic advancement of the company&rsquo;s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). This role balances system administration and support with project-based improvements, partnering with HR, IT, and the broader business to deliver solutions that improve productivity, accuracy, compliance, and user experience.</p><div><br>

<li>System Administration &amp; Support</li>
</ul><ul><li>Serve as day-to-day administrator for the HRIS platform (SAP SuccessFactors).</li>
<li>Manage user access, security roles, and permissions in alignment with corporate policies.</li>
<li>Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, escalating issues as needed.</li>
<li>Maintain data integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, and quality checks.</li>
<li>Monitor key HRIS metrics and drive continuous improvement activities.</li>
<li>Respond to and resolve user support tickets, providing guidance and training where required.</li></ul><br>

<li>Project Work &amp; Strategic Initiatives</li>
</ul><ul><li>Lead or support HRIS-related projects, including module implementations/enhancements, process automation, and integration with other business systems.</li>
<li>Partner with HR stakeholders to analyze needs and translate requirements into functional specifications.</li>
<li>Conduct testing of new innovations, upgrades, and patches before production release.</li>
<li>Recommend and implement system enhancements.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications and Functional Skills</b>:</div><br>

</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field with 10+ years of relative experience.</li>
<li>Broad experience across major HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle, UKG, etc.)</li>
<li>Deep knowledge of data models, configuration constructs, and module interdependencies.</li>
<li>Familiarity with integration architecture (APIs, SFTP, middleware, event driven patterns).</li>
<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.</li>
<li>Collaborative mindset to work across HR, IT, and enterprise data teams.</li>
<li>Balance of operational discipline and strategic problem-solving.</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Understanding of HR data privacy and security standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).</li>

Purpose</b>: The HR Data Scientist will combine advanced analytics with technical expertise to transform HR data into meaningful insights that drive strategic workforce decisions. This role will not only design predictive and prescriptive models but also partner with data engineering resources to optimize data pipelines, ensure data quality, and support seamless integration of HR data into enterprise data platforms. Qualifications and Functional Skills</b>:</div><br>

</div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Data Science, Data Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of relative experience.</li>
<li>Master&rsquo;s degree preferred, with 3+ years of relative experience.</li>
<li>Strong experience with data pipeline development and ETL/ELT processes.</li>
<li>Firsthand experience with Azure Data Factory, Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipeline development &amp; deployment), Databricks, and cloud-based data engineering tools.</li>
<li>Proficiency in SQL and Python.</li>
<li>Knowledge of data modeling, database design, data lakehouse concepts, and data warehousing best practices.</li>
<li>Solid understanding of data governance, data quality, and security standards.</li>
<li>Familiarity with HR systems and data, ideally SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HCM platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to translate HR process knowledge into data engineering solutions.</li>
<li>Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence tools (preferred, not required).</li>
<li>Understanding of machine learning techniques (regression, classification, clustering, forecasting).</li>
<li>Experience enabling data availability for analytics and reporting teams.</li>

Essential Responsibilities:</b></div>

<li>Process assigned accounts payable invoices and reconcile statements.</li>
<li>Record all AP payments ACH/Wire/Check/automatic-pulls &ndash; in system and bank Send remittances.</li>
<li>Prepare and process invoices using D365 to facilitate customer payment.</li>
<li>Manage credit card transactions for various vendors.</li>
<li>Get and distribute mail daily.</li>
<li>Process credit card payments.</li>
<li>Correspond with customer regarding delinquent balances and statement requests.</li>
<li>Prepare daily invoicing and update tracking info for shipped goods and file accordingly.</li>
<li>Reconcile Bank to GL daily.</li>
<li>Vouch Intercompany AP invoices into system.</li>
<li>Enter new AP vendors.</li>
<li>Research vendor questions.</li>
<li>Month-end close activities.</li>
<li>Facilitate the review and approval process for releasing customer accounts currently under credit management restrictions.</li>
<li>Upload all documents (invoices, AP payments, etc.) into the appropriate shared folder ensuring effective organization of data.</li>
<li>All other duties deemed necessary by the Controller and/or Business President.</li>
<li>Cross-train on all A/P and all A/R functions that pertain to the Accounting department</li></ul><br>

Basic Qualifications:</b></div>

<li>Completed Associates Degree preferred.</li>
<li>3 years of Accounts Payable experience.</li>
<li>Fully proficient in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of GAAP.</li>
<li>QuickBooks and Microsoft D365 experience are a huge plus!</li>
