<p>You start your day by opening the maintenance dashboard and turning incoming requests into clear, trackable work orders. Before lunch, you&rsquo;ve walked the stock room, verified what&rsquo;s on the shelves, and submitted a parts order so the team never waits on critical components. In the afternoon, you log timecards in IFS, field a road maintenance call, and close the month&rsquo;s report so leadership knows what was fixed, how long it took, and what&rsquo;s next.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></h3>
<ul><li>Convert maintenance requests into work orders in the computer system and keep them current through completion.</li>
<li>Monitor and count parts inventory to ensure the department has what it needs when it needs it.</li>
<li>Place replenishment orders when stock runs low or out, and perform regular cycle counts for accuracy.</li>
<li>Manage Maintenance department timecards within IFS.</li>
<li>Respond to and coordinate all road maintenance calls.</li>
<li>Provide month-end closeout and deliver reports to the appropriate departments.</li>
<li>Pitch in with additional tasks as assigned to keep operations moving.</li>

<p>You champion safe, high-quality work. You follow established safety and quality processes so the environment stays safe and the output stays excellent.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You Bring</b></h3>
<ul><li>Education: High School Diploma or GED (required).</li>
<li>Experience: Less than 1 year of related experience.</li>
<li>Strengths: Heavy equipment repair fundamentals; mechanical troubleshooting; general maintenance and repair; machine safety inspections.</li>
