GRAPHIC DESIGNER / SENIOR DESIGNER (IN OFFICE POSITION)Are you an amazing graphic designer looking for an opportunity to show off your cultivated design skills by creating outstanding art for clients in a variety of fields? We are looking for a highly talented, creative individual with a minimum of 3-5 years of real-world design experience to join our award-winning team. If you are a recent college graduate looking for your first job, we wish you the best, but this is not the position for you. We are seeking an in-office designer with professional experience in an agency setting or in-house marketing department. We handle a diverse workload of advertising and marketing campaigns for our local, regional, and international client base spanning across multiple industries.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<ul><li>Plan, analyze, and create visual solutions in digital and print media.</li><li>Create brochures, ads, logos, e-blasts, printed collateral, social media graphics, video assets, signage, packaging, website assets, and more.</li><li>Work closely with the Creative Director to assess the needs and requests made by the client to produce the most effective outcomes for our clients.</li><li>Deliver creative materials based on sound design fundamentals and strategically concepted processes.</li><li>Collaborate with other design team, web team, social media team, and accounts team members</li><li>Efficiently work in a high-paced environment, while being able to accurately represent different brands.</li><li>Maintain daily project lists and time management to ensure deadlines are met.</li></ul>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:<ul><li>3-5 years of graphic design experience including both digital and print.</li><li>Agency or in-house marketing department experience.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or equivalent experience.</li><li>Advanced experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.</li><li>Working knowledge of HTML and/or drag-and-drop editors for e-blast creation.</li><li>Knowledge of print production and pre-press techniques.</li></ul>BONUS POINTS FOR:<ul><li>Experience using ClickUp or similar project management application.</li><li>Video editing / custom animation</li><li>Illustration</li><li>Working knowledge of WordPress</li></ul>WHAT WE OFFER:<ul><li>Paid vacation, sick time, and holidays</li><li>A fun-filled, creative work environment</li><li>Healthcare, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance</li><li>IRA with company match</li><li>Competitive salary</li></ul>WHO WE ARE: Tinsley Creative is a results-driven, full-service, 20+ year brand management firm based in Lakeland, Florida.
