Handling end-to-end recruitments beginning with Resume Screening with proper analysis, cold calling, and interview lineups.2. Managing database of candidates, day to day interviews held and others.3. Generating offer letters, Appointment letters, Experience, Relieving Letters and maintaining the records.4. Onboarding and Offboarding Process (Exit formalities, FNFs).5. Handling payrolling attendance process and ability to learn the essentials.6. Knowledge of Compliance like PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Gratuity Valuations, MLWFs.7. Maintaining files and HRIS.8. Working on Reports, Database, HRMS portals, Leave Management, HR OperationsJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
