Position Overview:</b></div></div><div><div>
The Team Lead is tasked with performing the daily operational practices of running the car wash facility and providing excellent customer service.</div></div><div><div><b>
Duties and Responsibilities:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Organizing shift schedules for team members</div></li><li><div>
Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off
</div></li><li><div>Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills</div></li><li><div>
Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary</div></li><li><div>
Managing employees&rsquo; requests and transgressions</div></li><li><div>
Training new and current team members on tasks</div></li><li><div>
Handling customer issues and managing conflicts</div></li><li><div>
Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards</div></li><li><div>
Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits</div></li></ul><p>

</div></div><div><div><b>Additional Tasks:</b></div></div><ul><li><div>
Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them; take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and car wash</div></li><li><div>
Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun)</div></li><li><div>
Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash process</div></li><li><div>
Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude</div></li><li><div>
Points to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.</div></li><li><div>
Smiles at customer and does thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakes</div></li><li><div>
Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area</div></li><li><div>
Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily</div></li><li><div>
Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung</div></li><li><div>
With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.</div></li></ul><p>
