As we continue to grow, we&rsquo;re searching for reliable and dedicated professionals to join our family.At our core, we don&rsquo;t just restore homes&mdash;we restore peace of mind.Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate has a background in construction or restoration, is highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong project coordination abilities, and a solid understanding of restoration processes.Proficiency with industry tools such as Xcelerate, Xactimate, Docusketch, and Monday.com is highly valued.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from initial inspection through final completion</li><li>Manage multiple restoration projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality results</li><li>Coordinate and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and vendors</li><li>Communicate effectively with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams</li><li>Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software</li><li>Prepare, review, and manage construction estimates with estimating software and 360&deg; camera documentation</li><li>Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations</li><li>Document project scope, progress, and changes accurately and thoroughly</li><li>Implement effective time-management strategies to optimize workflow and resource allocation</li><li>Foster strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success</li><li>Drive company vehicle to job sites, client meetings, and inspections as needed</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in restoration, construction, or construction project management</li><li>Proficiency in construction management practices, including scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction estimating processes and use of 360&deg; cameras for documentation</li><li>Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively</li><li>Understanding of contracts, insurance claim processes, and relevant regulations</li><li>Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while remaining self-motivated</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interaction with clients, contractors, and internal staff</li><li>Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, estimates, and technical documents</li><li>Legal authorization to work in the USA</li><li>Previous field experience on construction or restoration sites is highly desirable</li><li>Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: On the road
