<div>Instructional Designer

We are looking for a skilled Instructional Designer who can create engaging learning materials for internal and external learners. This is a highly collaborative role in which you will consult with a variety of stakeholders to identify educational needs, make design recommendations, and then develop training solutions that achieve the expected outcomes.

The Instructional Designer will play a critical role within the Operations &amp; Enablement team by developing the overall content strategy for supporting the initial onboarding and ongoing technical development of Operations &amp; Compliance team members and Tipalti customers. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who can develop a comprehensive content vision and then execute to achieve that vision.

The Instructional Designer reports to the Director of Enablement and Training. This role is a hybrid position and requires you to be in the office on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.

Founded in Israel in 2010, Tipalti is a global business headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area (Foster City) with offices in Tel Aviv, Plano, Toronto, Vancouver, London, Amsterdam, Tbilisi and Medellin. 

In this role, you will be responsible for:
<ul>
<li>Lead content development projects through all phases of planning, design, creation, delivery, and assessment with a focus on maximizing impact and achieving stated outcomes.</li>
<li>Work with key stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify the educational needs of various job roles (internal and external) and develop a content strategy to meet those needs.</li>
<li>Manage and track all employee and customer-facing enablement content and revise training materials in accordance with product release cycles.</li>
<li>Develop in-depth knowledge of the Tipalti products and use cases to design and develop enablement solutions that drive the implementation and full adoption of the Tipalti platform.</li>
<li>Design, develop, and publish multimedia content, including e-learning courses, participant and facilitator guides, slide presentations, and video demonstrations.</li>
<li>Incorporate interactivity, gamification, and testing into enablement content to engage learners and facilitate retention.</li>
<li>Develop criteria for assessing learner retention and methods for measuring the impact and outcomes of enablement solutions.</li>
<li>Continuously improve training content based on evaluations, engagement, and feedback from learners and other stakeholders.</li>
</ul>
About you:
<ul>
<li>3 years of instructional design experience, primarily developing e-learning content.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organizational and project management skills.</li>
<li>Experience developing functional and technical training.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Articulate Rise/Storyline, and Camtasia, or equivalent software.</li>
<li>Experience using AI tools to accelerate the content development process and efficiently update existing learning materials, enhancing quality, relevance, and speed of content delivery.</li>
<li>Experience using Docebo, or a similar LMS, for hosting employee-facing training and enablement content.</li>
<li>Experience using Zendesk Knowledge Base for hosting customer-facing training and enablement content.</li>
<li>Experience using Google Workspace (G Suite) applications, such as Gmail, Docs, and Slides.</li>
</ul>

<li>Knowledge of accounting principles or payment processing systems.</li>
<li>Experience working at a financial services institution or SaaS technology company.</li>
<li>Knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.</li>
