 Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, or related fields
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of audit experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferably experience in internal audit or finance &amp; accounting functions within marine, agriculture, or commodity trading industries
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of English (written and spoken)
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced analytical thinking, problem-solving, and reporting skills
 </li>
 <li>
 No travel restrictions
 </li>

 Main Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Conduct process and continuous audits based on the annual internal audit plan across our operations in Turkey and globally
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform financial, operational, and process audits in alignment with internal standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare audit findings and develop improvement suggestions together with process owners, presenting them to senior management periodically with clear risk mitigation actions
 </li>
 <li>
 Closely follow international internal audit standards, best practices, and industry updates to enhance the organization&rsquo;s audit function
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and provide recommendations to improve the effective, economical, and efficient use of company resources.
 </li>
