 About the Role
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are seeking a highly experienced
 
 Financial Control, Budget and Reporting Director
 
 to lead our group-level financial planning, reporting and consolidation processes. The role requires strong expertise in IFRS reporting, budgeting, and financial operations, with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership.
 
 
 This position will report directly to the
 
 Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
 
 and will closely collaborate with cross-functional teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead the preparation of periodic consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage the group&rsquo;s budgeting process, including annual budget preparation and variance analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate and timely internal management reporting to support executive decision-making.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with external auditors and ensure timely submission of independent audit reports to relevant stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other departments with financial analysis and insights, especially in response to third-party requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate and improve ERP system workflows and drive process automation in finance operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and manage various ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic reports.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and develop the budgeting &amp; reporting team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Skills
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 20 years of professional experience in financial control, budgeting and reporting, preferably including Big Four background.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong command of IFRS, management reporting, and financial budgeting processes.
 </li>
 <li>
 IPO experience is a strong plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and problem-solving ability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience in ERP systems (preferably SAP, Microsoft, or similar).
 </li>
 <li>
 A self-starter with high motivation and ownership.
 </li>
