Job Overview Titan Shield Security is hiring on-call Secure Transport Drivers to safely transport clients between healthcare facilities. Most trips are to Colorado Springs and Denver, lasting 2&ndash;5 hours round-trip, and drivers may complete multiple runs per day when called.⚠This is not a regular shift position. It is strictly on-call. Drivers must be ready to respond nights and weekends, which are required starting availability. While this is an on-call position, drivers can expect steady part-time to full-time hours most weeks based on transport demand and coverage needs.Responsibilities<ul><li>Transport clients safely in company vehicles between facilities</li><li>Follow dispatch instructions and maintain accurate trip logs (mileage, times, pickup/drop-off)</li><li>Comply with HIPAA and confidentiality standards</li><li>Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and keep the vehicle clean and ready</li><li>Maintain professional communication and composure with clients during transport</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>CPR/First Aid certification (required before starting)</li><li>Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) certification (required before starting)</li><li>Overnight and weekend availability (required starting schedule)</li><li>Valid Colorado driver&rsquo;s license with a clean MVR</li><li>Ability to pass background check (and drug screen if required)</li><li>Able to complete 30+ hours of required training before first shift</li><li>Physically able to assist clients in/out of vehicles as needed</li><li>All required training and certifications, including CPR/First Aid and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA), can be provided by Titan Shield Security prior to starting work.</li></ul>Pay &amp; details<ul><li>$22&ndash;$25 per hour, depending on experience and/or reliability in responding to on-call trips.</li><li>On-call/part-time only, Can expect steady part-time to full-time hours most weeks based on transport demand and coverage needs.</li><li>Company vehicle and equipment provided during shifts</li></ul>How to applyApplicants:<ul><li>Submit a current resume through Indeed</li><li>Complete our online application here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSf3KtzYh1Wc82AT88vjdAqHEFFaNLzorQKgtNyzrwPbdVNpUQ/viewform?usp=dialog</li></ul>We can also send you application link after you submit resumeJob Type: Part-timePay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hourApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you willing to complete 30+ hours of training before you can start transporting patients?</li><li>Are you willing to be on call and respond to drive at any time?
