We are not a traditional law firm; instead, we facilitate attorney&ndash;client relationships, coordinate intake and case logistics, and ensure clients are connected with the best legal talent for their situation.Our network includes top-tier litigators experienced in professional responsibility, ethics, disciplinary defense, and high-stakes regulatory matters.Position OverviewTitans Law is seeking an experienced Ethics &amp; Professional Responsibility Litigator on a contract basis to represent clients facing Florida Bar disciplinary actions, ethics investigations, grievances, and related high-stakes proceedings.This role is ideal for attorneys who excel in complex regulatory litigation and who understand the unique challenges associated with defending professional licensure and reputation.As a contract attorney within the Titans Law network, you will provide direct representation to matched clients while benefiting from our streamlined administrative support, referral systems, and case-coordination capabilities.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Represent clients in Florida Bar disciplinary and professional-responsibility proceedings, including investigations, probable-cause hearings, trials, and appeals.</li><li>Develop litigation strategies for complex and high-risk ethics or Bar matters.</li><li>Draft and argue motions, responses, and briefs related to ethics, misconduct, and professional-responsibility issues.</li><li>Advise clients on compliance, risk exposure, rehabilitation strategies, and Bar expectations.</li><li>Handle sensitive, reputationally significant matters with the highest degree of discretion.</li><li>Communicate effectively with Titans Law coordinators to ensure smooth client-attorney engagement.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>J.D. from an accredited law school.</li><li>Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.</li><li>5+ years of experience litigating Florida Bar grievance, ethics, professional-responsibility, or disciplinary cases.</li><li>Demonstrated success handling complex and high-stakes matters involving professional licensure.</li><li>Outstanding legal writing, oral advocacy, and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and manage deadlines.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Prior experience as Bar Counsel, ethics investigator, or comparable professional-responsibility authority.</li><li>Appellate experience within Florida&rsquo;s disciplinary or administrative review systems.</li><li>Demonstrated background in regulatory, compliance, or administrative litigation.</li></ul>Compensation<ul><li>Competitive hourly or project-based contract structure.</li><li>Opportunities for expanded or ongoing engagements with Titans Law.</li></ul>Benefits (For Qualifying Contractors)Titans Law offers access to optional contractor benefit packages, including:<ul><li>401(k) with employer contribution eligibility</li><li>Health insurance options (medical, dental, vision)</li><li>Flexible schedules and remote-work opportunities</li><li>Professional-development resources</li><li>Supportive coordination, referral, and case-matching environment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, ContractPay: $75.00 - $150.00 per hourExpected hours: 1 &ndash; 40 per weekWork Location: Remote
