Job Description 
The Hotel Manager will be responsible of Souq Waqif Hotel, Al Najada Hotel, and Al Najada Apartments.
The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure efficient and profitable performance. This includes managing staff, ensuring guest satisfaction, maintaining quality standards, optimizing financial performance, and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue and improve overall service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and other departments.</li><li>
Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.</li><li>
Lead, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain operational excellence.</li><li>
Develop and implement strategic plans to increase occupancy, maximize revenue, and enhance profitability.</li><li>
Manage budgets, financial reports, and forecasts, including monitoring expenditures and controlling costs.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.</li><li>
Maintain relationships with guests, suppliers, and external partners to support the hotel's reputation and success.</li><li>
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the hotel and develop packages or promotions.</li><li>
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities and services meet quality standards.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar senior hospitality role.</li><li>
Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio, or similar).</li><li>
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting.</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>
Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make decisions effectively.</li></ul></div>

You will support the overall Food &amp; Beverage operation of the resort to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction, maintain a safe and sanitary work environment and ensure only the highest quality products are being served, achieved through developing and maintaining a strong team environment, delivery of prompt, courteous service in accordance with brand and Food &amp; Beverage standards. Further you handle daily team member relations, and encourage problem solving by team members through proper training and empowerment.

Job Description 
As Stewarding Supervisor you will support the operations of the Stewarding department by ensuring that all systems and methods of operation are correctly followed and that facilities and equipment are properly cleaned. You will assist in supervising and training the Stewarding team members, scheduling of work and oversight to ensure that health and safety standards are being followed and chemicals are being utilized and stored correctly. You will also manage the equipment stores and ensure that all equipment is being effectively controlled and stored and that breakages are kept to a minimum. The leadership team will look to you to play an active role in leading and driving the energy conservation and environmental policies and practices of the hotel. 
Qualifications<ul><li>

Job Description 
As Chef de Cuisine you will be completely responsible for directing, training, supervising, planning and coordinating all areas within the culinary department, including any projects requested by the Resident Manager,DIrector of F&amp;B, or Executive Chef. You should be comfortable in leading and managing the kitchen team, and will provide support and training on an ongoing basis.It will be your responsibility to ensure only the highest quality of food &amp; beverage for our guests through meticulous consistency, taste and presentation of all dishes. Additionally you will monitor the food inventory on a monthly basis, maintaining proper control of orders and purchases and ensuring that all deliveries are received and handled efficiently and in line with hotelstandards. You will review the food cost analysis on a daily basis to ensurethat it is in line with the budget, with the goal ofsecuring profit margins while maintaining the Corporate image of the Company at all times. You will also oversee the cleanliness and hygiene of all kitchen spaces and procedures.
