Job Description 
Operational &amp; Financial Management<ul><li>
Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, and P&amp;L management to maximize profitability.</li><li>
Ability to optimize resources and ensure high standards across all hotel operations, including F&amp;B, wellness, and beach club facilities.</li></ul>
Leadership &amp; Team Development<ul><li>
Skilled in recruiting, training, and leading diverse teams, with a focus on delivering top-tier service and a guest-centric culture.</li><li>
Proven track record in team motivation, conflict resolution, and fostering a collaborative environment.</li></ul>
Guest Services &amp; Brand Representation<ul><li>
 Deep commitment to maintaining brand standards for both Avani and Tivoli, ensuring a memorable guest experience that aligns with each brand&rsquo;s identity.</li><li>
 Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to address guest concerns and exceed expectations.</li></ul>
Pre-Opening &amp; Project Management<ul><li>
 Expertise in pre-opening processes, including establishing SOPs, onboarding, and coordinating with contractors and project teams.</li><li>
 Strong organizational skills to ensure smooth operational launches for both hotels and shared facilities.</li></ul>
Community &amp; Stakeholder Relations<ul><li>
Skilled in establishing and nurturing relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and community partners, such as Edamah.</li><li>
 Ability to serve as a brand ambassador for Avani and Tivoli within the Bilaj Al Jazayer development and the broader Bahrain market.</li></ul>
Market Knowledge<ul><li>
Familiarity with the Bahrain hospitality landscape and insights into regional trends, guest preferences, and tourism dynamics.</li><li>
 Knowledge of hospitality technology, management software, and compliance standards within the Gulf region.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
International hospitality professional with extensive leadership experience in resort or luxury hotel operations</li><li>
Currently serving as a General Manager or a strong number two (Hotel Manager / Director of Operations / Resident Manager) ready to step into a GM role</li><li>
Pre-opening experience is essential</li><li>
Exposure to multi-property or cluster operations is highly desirable</li><li>
Proven Experience in Luxury and Life-Style Brands</li><li>
Strong commercial and financial acumen with a proven track record in driving performance</li><li>
Good understanding of the Middle East hospitality market; Bahrain experience would be an advantage</li><li>
Strong leadership capability with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams</li></ul>
