<div>JOB SUMMARY

Ensures that front office operations for the Holistic Health Clinic run smoothly and efficiently. Primary responsibilities include greeting clients, registration, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, processing payments, assisting with product sales and education, maintain inventory and handling sensitive information. Contributes and assists providers and staff to create timely, accurate, and quality client experience. The Front Office Coordinator must be personable, presentable, and organized.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Education

&sect; High School Diploma, required

&sect; Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree, preferred

Minimum Work Experience

&sect; Previous health coaching or office experience, preferred

Required Skills

&sect; Excellent communication skills

&sect; Basic computer skills required

&sect; Proficient in data entry

&sect; Excellent multi tasker

&sect; Ability to work independently as well as team setting

&sect; Exemplary customer service skills

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

&sect; Provides exceptional customer service in person and on the phone to clients, staff, and vendors

&sect; Knowledgeable of all services rendered and products offered

&sect; Schedules client appointments and coordinates reminders

&sect; Coordinates check in and check out; welcoming and assisting clients

&sect; Collects and processes all payment transactions
&sect; Responds to client issues and returns calls and emails to clients in a prompt manner

&sect; Promotes retail sales and treatments

&sect; Manages EMR platform

&sect; Manages inventory and reports itemized list to Office Manager

&sect; Coordinates small projects

&sect; Other duties as assigned</div>
