TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Procurement Data &amp; Analytics Specialist located in Atlanta, GA.
Responsible for supporting the PSM team with reporting, data insights, and advanced analytics that enable strategic decision-making and opportunity identification. This individual will work closely with all members of PSM team to collect requirements, understand business needs, and design meaningful reports and analytical tools.
In addition to data strategy and stakeholder engagement, this role will partner with IT to build and maintain the necessary data architecture, ensuring data availability, governance, and quality. A strong focus will be placed on driving automation, standardization, and building the foundation for AI adoption within PSM.
This individual will also provide leadership in optimizing procurement systems and operational processes, ensuring alignment with TKE's overall P2P (Procure-to-Pay) systems strategy.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUCTIONS:
<ul><li>Lead data &amp; analytics efforts across PSM by designing and implementing dashboards, KPIs, and analytics that provide actionable insights for procurement strategies and operations.</li><li>
Collaborate with PSM team members to gather reporting requirements and design tailored analytical solutions.</li><li>
Work closely with IT to build, maintain, and enhance the data infrastructure feeding PSM systems and tools.</li><li>
Design and implement a data governance model to ensure data integrity, quality, and availability.</li><li>
Drive process improvement through automation, standardization, and system optimization.</li><li>
Serve as the data steward for procurement systems including AI-based spend analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Creactives).</li><li>
Troubleshoot data issues, manage data quality problems, and provide analytical support to end-users.</li><li>
Lead the design of future AI adoption in PSM, working toward intelligent automation and predictive insights.</li><li>
Document and optimize system processes (SOPs) and ensure cross-functional alignment.</li><li>
Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization to gain buy-in, present findings, and support change management initiatives.</li><li>
Train and mentor team members on data tools and analytics.</li></ul>
<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Who we are looking for</h2>

EDUCATION &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree required in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
Expert-level knowledge of Power BI and/or other BI tools.</li><li>
Certifications in Supply Chain, Purchasing, Data Analytics, or Project Management are a plus.</li><li>
Advanced understanding of P2P processes and digital procurement platforms.</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).</li><li>
3-5 years of experience working in data analytics roles, with a strong focus on operational procurement systems and data solutions.</li><li>
Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or equivalent analytics platform.</li><li>
Experience implementing data strategies, reporting tools, and AI-based analytics in procurement or supply chain.</li></ul>

Provide legal advice to the entire TKE T&uuml;rkiye organization, including (but not limited to) the sales, service and procurement departments, in various areas of law such as Commercial Law, Contract Law, Employment Law, International Law, Enforcement &amp; Bankruptcy Law and Corporate Law.
Deliver legal support in public tenders, including preparation, review and submission of contractual appeals within the public procurement framework.
Draft, review, amend and negotiate complex commercial and sector-related agreements, including service, work, product sales, subcontractor and turnkey contracts.
Conduct legal research on matters referred by business departments, provide legal opinions, and share findings to mitigate potential legal or commercial risks.
Provide legal guidance in corporate governance matters and reduce business exposure by supporting risk assessments related to commercial and legal decisions.
Prepare, review and develop internal corporate legal documentation (&ldquo;legal housekeeping&rdquo;).
Manage litigation processes and support debt collection matters when necessary.
Coordinate with external law firms, including selection, supervision and performance monitoring.
Prepare periodic legal reports on litigation risks, legal expenditures and relevant corporate changes.
Plan and deliver legal trainings to non-lawyer employees across the organization.
Support and advise the General Assembly and the Board of Directors on legal matters.
