 We are looking for a
 
 Video Editor
 
 with strong creative instincts, a refined editorial voice, and deep technical expertise&mdash;especially in Avid and Interplay-based workflows. You&rsquo;ll work across a wide range of short-form content, from behind-the-scenes doc style promotions and hype reels to branded storytelling and original shoots.

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Craft short-form video content for WWE&rsquo;s digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Edit in Avid Media Composer within Interplay environments, adhering to established project workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bring a bespoke, intentional style to each edit&mdash;tailoring tone, pacing, and sound design to the story being told.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and graphic artists from concept through delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with music supervisors and creative leads to source and sync stock music libraries that enhances emotional resonance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain high standards for visual storytelling, sound, and finish quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying creatively inspired.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3&ndash;5 years of professional editing, or AE experience in TV, film, or digital media.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Avid Media Composer and comfortable in Interplay environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong editorial sensibility with a track record of distinct, stylistic work&mdash;must provide a demo reel or portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Deep understanding of post-production workflows, asset management, and file-based media.
 </li>
 <li>
 A love of music and its role in storytelling; skilled at pairing visuals and sound for maximum impact.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable taking feedback and working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Passion for editing is essential&mdash;experience in sports is not required.

 Bonus Points
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience in documentary, narrative television, or music-driven content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics is a plus (but not required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fan of WWE or open to learning about the brand&rsquo;s storytelling ethos.
