This full-time, on-site position offers an excellent opportunity for entry-level professionals to begin their career in the dynamic field of Human Resources within the executive office industry.</p>
<p>As a Human Resource Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. You will work closely with our management team to ensure a positive workplace culture and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment while earning a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $60,000 annually.</p>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings and screening candidates</li><li>
Onboard new employees and provide orientation</li><li>
Support employee engagement initiatives and activities</li><li>
Maintain employee records and HR databases</li><li>
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures</li><li>
Facilitate training sessions and workshops</li><li>
Address employee inquiries and resolve issues promptly</li><li>
Collaborate with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations</li></ul>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h3>
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills</li><li>
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices</li><li>
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment</li><li>
