<div>Job Overview 
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Office Assistant to serve as the front-line representative of our practice. This role is critical to client experience and operational efficiency, requiring strong attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinical setting. 
This is an on-site position; candidates must reside locally. 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul>
<li>
Serve as the first point of contact for clients, delivering a professional and welcoming experience</li>
<li>Answer and route incoming calls with accuracy and professionalism</li>
<li>Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR), including platforms such as SimplePractice</li>
<li>Support insurance billing processes, including claim submission and follow-up</li>
<li>Coordinate scheduling for clients and clinical staff</li>
<li>Manage client intake, onboarding, and enrollment processes</li>
<li>Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems</li>
<li>Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations</li>
<li>Uphold a clean, organized, and professional office environment</li></ul> 


Required Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)</li>
<li>Proficiency with Apple-based systems and applications</li>
<li>Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check</li></ul> 


Preferred Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>
Experience with EHR systems (especially SimplePractice)</li>
<li>Prior experience in insurance billing and claims processing</li>
<li>Background in healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical settings</li>
<li>Bilingual (Spanish, Haitian Creole, or other languages) strongly preferred</li></ul>
