 The selected candidates will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical implementation. They will be responsible for translating business requirements into clear, actionable user stories, ensuring alignment between stakeholders and the development teams.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:

 Engage with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

 <li>
 Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure solutions meet business goals.

 <li>
 Facilitate workshops, meetings, and walkthroughs with business teams.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support testing, validation, and user acceptance efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Continuously refine backlog items based on feedback and business priorities.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>

 Minimum
 
 5 years of experience
 
 in business analysis, preferably in digital or technology-driven environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to write clear, structured, and testable user stories.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience using tools like
 
 Jira, Confluence

 TMC is hiring a Lead AI Data Scientist for a strategic digital transformation initiative for a major company in KSA.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 - Expertise in Python, ML frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch), and data
 
 
 libraries (Pandas, NumPy).
 
 
 - Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and applied AI (forecasting, NLP,
 
 
 Internal Only
 
 
 optimization).
 
 
 - Familiarity with containerized deployments (OpenShift, Docker).
 
 
 - Experience building APIs/microservices (FastAPI, Flask) for model integration.
 
 
 - Exposure to cloud ecosystems (Azure, GCP, AWS) is very useful for hybrid or scalable
 
 
 deployments.
 
 
 - Awareness of Generative AI concepts (LLMs, embeddings, RAG, prompt design).
 
 
 - Working understanding of Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban).

 - 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in AI/ML delivery.
 
 
 - Prior experience in enterprise or industrial AI projects preferred.
 
 
 - Familiarity with OpenShift or hybrid/on-prem MLOps environments is advantageous.
