The Foreman will lead crews, ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within deadlines, and maintain high standards of workmanship and compliance.Key Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers on-site</li><li>Assign tasks and monitor progress to ensure timely completion</li><li>Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and safety regulations</li><li>Maintain quality control standards</li><li>Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans</li><li>Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members</li><li>Monitor equipment usage and coordinate maintenance or repairs</li><li>Maintain daily work reports and documentation</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures</li><li>Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients</li><li>Resolve on-site conflicts and operational issues</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)</li><li>Proven experience as a Foreman or in a supervisory role</li><li>Strong knowledge of construction/production procedures and equipment</li><li>Ability to read blueprints and technical documents</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills</li><li>Excellent problem-solving abilities</li><li>Good communication and organizational skills</li></ul>Experience Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of hands-on industry experience</li><li>At least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position preferred</li><li>Experience managing crews and coordinating multiple tasks simultaneously</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Leadership and team coordination</li><li>Time management and scheduling</li><li>Safety compliance knowledge</li><li>Technical knowledge of tools and machinery</li><li>Decision-making and conflict resolution</li><li>Attention to detail</li></ul>Working Conditions<ul><li>Work performed primarily outdoors or on-site</li><li>Exposure to varying weather conditions</li><li>Physical activity required (standing, lifting, climbing, bending)</li><li>May require overtime, weekend, or shift work depending on project deadlines</li></ul>Terms and Conditions of Employment<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience) + Commission</li><li>Probation period: 3&ndash;6 months</li><li>Overtime compensation as per labor regulations</li><li>Health and safety insurance coverage (if applicable)</li><li>Paid leave and holidays as per company policy</li><li>Employment subject to background check and reference verification</li><li>Compliance with all company rules and safety standards mandatory</li></ul>For More Info Contact Usalnibrasalmalaki@gmail.com+971-52-5369093Job Types: Full-time, ContractPay: AED2,000.00 per month
