 Requirements
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years of experience in product analytics, business analytics, or a related role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of A/B testing, statistical concepts, and product metrics (DAU, MAU, retention, churn, etc.).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and storytelling skills to present data clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
 </li>

 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 💬 Chat &amp; Ticket Handling (Social Media + Website)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Respond to customer queries across Instagram DMs, comments, and tagged stories with brand-aligned tone.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle tickets from platforms like Freshdesk, Limechat, or similar helpdesks&mdash;resolving issues related to orders, returns, payments, or product info.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tag, prioritize, and close queries in a timely and efficient manner, aiming for a 24hr SLA.
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate complex or sensitive cases to internal teams while ensuring the customer feels taken care of.
 </li>
 <li>
 Track feedback trends and share insights for content/product/service improvement.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 📞 Outbound Calling Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Make follow-up calls for returns, escalations, or failed deliveries (RTO).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support in proactive customer delight efforts&mdash;like collecting feedback or assisting high-value shoppers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to relay accurate updates when needed.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>

 1&ndash;3 years of experience in customer support, community management, or social media handling (D2C/fashion/e-comm preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic knowledge of order management systems (e.g., Shopify, Unicommerce) and ticketing platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Empathy-driven communication skills&mdash;you know how to turn complaints into compliments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with multitasking across platforms and tools.
 </li>
 <li>
