Implementation experience &ndash; understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind Testing experience &ndash; knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles &ndash; creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data.
