We&rsquo;re looking for a motivated, experienced Team Lead to oversee and grow our Phone Sales Team and operations. In this role, you&rsquo;ll coach and support a group of sales consultants, hold them accountable to performance goals, assist with closing deals, and help drive overall revenue growth.Core Responsibilities:<ul><li>Train, motivate, and provide guidance to sales representatives, offering constructive feedback and professional development.</li><li>Set sales targets/quotas, monitor team performance, analyze metrics, and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Directly participate in selling, assist team members with complex deals, manage pipelines, and ensure customer satisfaction.</li><li>Prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and working effectively in a fast-paced, time-sensitive</li><li>Prospecting and participating in sales and marketing activities.</li></ul>Requirements Minimum 2 years of sales experience Proven ability to close deals Experience leading, mentoring, or coaching a sales team preferred Strong leadership, accountability, and communication skills Ability to analyze performance data and adjust strategy as needed Customer-first mindset with a strong drive for results Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environmentJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
