An IT consulting company based in North America is currently looking for a Client Services Coordinator/ Dispatcher in Pakistan to Work from Home for part-time. The candidate Should have strong communication skills in English and a basic level of computer literacy with good keyboard skills are required in order to provide outstanding support services to clients via phone, chat, and email. Applicant must also have a backup for power failure issues &amp; permanent and fast internet connection. Please keep in mind that your working hour will be evening or nighttime in Pakistan. If interested please send your resume.Responsiblities include:-<ul><li>Scheduling and dispatching Field engineers to appropriate locations according to schedules, customer requests or immediate needs.</li><li>Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from co workers, field people, supervisors.</li><li>Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications :-<ul><li>Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any type of condition</li><li>Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes , ETAs, and Timely follow ups.</li><li>Knowledge of computers for scheduling and other dispatching duties</li><li>Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time</li><li>Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during rapidly changing circumstances</li><li>Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment</li></ul>Timings for this position is 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM Pakistan time. 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM CST.Job Type: Part-timePay: Rs28,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
