The role involves vendor coordination, purchase order processing, and maintaining accurate procurement records.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in preparing and processing Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)</li><li>Coordinate with vendors for quotations, pricing, delivery timelines, and follow-ups</li><li>Maintain and update vendor database and procurement records</li><li>Track order status and ensure timely delivery of materials</li><li>Verify invoices, delivery challans, and GRNs against purchase orders</li><li>Support negotiation of basic pricing and terms under guidance of seniors</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (Projects, Accounts, Stores) for material requirements</li><li>Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures</li><li>Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field</li><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in purchase/procurement role</li><li>Basic knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication</li><li>Familiarity with ERP or purchase management systems is an advantage</li><li>Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skills</li><li>Ability to multitask and work under deadlines</li></ul>Preferred Experience<ul><li>Experience in IT, networking, telecom, or infrastructure companies</li></ul>Interested candidates can apply at:Send your resume to: hrd@tnspl.inJob Type: Full-timePay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
