Job descriptionKey Responsibilities &amp; Duties:Utility Systems Operations &amp; Maintenance<ul><li>Monitor and operate essential utility systems such as HVAC, boilers, air compressors, purified water (PW/WFI) systems, chillers, cooling towers, and effluent treatment plants (ETP/STP).</li><li>Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure the efficient and reliable operation of all utilities.</li><li>Handle breakdown maintenance promptly to minimize downtime and production interruptions.</li><li>Inspect and calibrate utility equipment as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain an updated log of all equipment performance data, maintenance activities, and breakdown reports.</li></ul>Regulatory Compliance &amp; Documentation<ul><li>Ensure compliance with GMP, WHO, USFDA, MHRA, and other regulatory standards related to utility systems.</li><li>Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintenance logs, and validation reports for all utilities.</li><li>Support regulatory audits and inspections by providing documentation and demonstrating compliance.</li><li>Ensure timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), calibration certifications, and validation records.</li><li>Conduct periodic risk assessments and update risk mitigation plans for utility operations.</li></ul>Energy &amp; Cost Optimization<ul><li>Monitor energy consumption of utility equipment and implement energy-saving initiatives.</li><li>Analyze breakdown trends and suggest improvement plans to enhance equipment efficiency.</li><li>Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities by optimizing utility operations.</li><li>Evaluate and implement modern maintenance techniques such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and Predictive Maintenance (PdM).</li></ul>Safety &amp; Team Coordination<ul><li>Ensure adherence to safety guidelines while operating and maintaining utility systems.</li><li>Conduct training sessions for maintenance staff on best practices, emergency response, and equipment handling.</li><li>Coordinate with production, quality, and other departments to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.</li><li>Liaise with vendors and contractors for maintenance support, spare parts, and technical assistance.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;45,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Sachin, Surat, Gujarat (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
