JOB DESCRIPTION TOA Electronics, Inc. is the sales arm of TOA Corporation, a Japanese manufacturer of commercial audio/visual and life/safety equipment. TOA Corporation has been in business for over 90 years and has been in the USA market for over 50 years.We are in need of a Marketing Coordinator, with hands-on experience in handling standard daily marketing tasks, including editing websites, creation of brochures and catalogs, email marketing, creation of press releases, social media marketing, etc.You need to have proficiency in using standard software tools like Adobe Creative Suite, working knowledge in editing content on websites, blogs, email newsletters, social media platforms, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing &amp; Website Management<ul><li>Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, accurate, and optimized</li><li>Manage and maintain the company's B2B Portal</li><li>Manage inquiries and sales leads generated through the company website</li><li>Manage social media content, scheduling, and engagement across company platforms</li></ul>Marketing Communications<ul><li>Prepare and distribute company newsletters</li><li>Work with our product team to assist with development and distribute of new product announcements, launch materials, and product bulletins</li><li>Write and coordinate press releases and advertising with industry magazines and publications</li><li>Design and implement promotional campaigns, including B-stock, slow-moving inventory, and other sales promotions</li></ul>Events &amp; Trade Shows<ul><li>Coordinate company webinars from planning through execution</li><li>Prepare for (including all coordination of booth, logistics, materials, and marketing support) and attend major industry trade shows, including InfoComm</li><li>Coordinate logistics, materials, and marketing support for regional trade shows</li><li>Research and recommend additional trade shows and industry events for participation</li></ul>Product &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Develop and update full and condensed product catalogs</li></ul>Customer Database &amp; Marketing Administration<ul><li>Organize and maintain the customer database within Constant Contact and other marketing platforms</li><li>Ensure marketing contact lists and internal email groups remain accurate and up to date</li><li>Assist with general marketing administration and project coordination</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Other Duties<ul><li>Prepare monthly reports summarizing marketing initiatives, campaign performance, and key activities</li><li>Collaborate with internal departments including Sales, Product Management, and Customer Service</li><li>Perform other marketing-related duties and special projects as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Communications, preferred.</li><li>2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Experience with website content management systems (CMS).</li><li>Experience with social media management platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar graphic design software.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and project management abilities.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</li><li>Willingness to travel for occasional trade shows and company events as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Digital marketing and content management</li><li>Marketing analytics and reporting</li><li>Event and trade show coordination</li><li>Graphic design and marketing collateral development</li><li>Copywriting and editing</li><li>Strong attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively</li><li>Dedication to finish assigned tasks on time and solve problems</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>
