Team Members are the most important part of Toastique. They are the front-line employees that are responsible for putting together all orders and are hands-on creating toasts, smoothies, and bowls that are customers will enjoy. Team Members are responsible for keeping customers moving quickly through the line and pickup station by effectively taking orders, ringing up transactions, checking online orders and prioritizing tickets for optimal ticket time. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Taking orders on the POS and double checking the customers&rsquo; orders by repeating the order and asking for a name and if it&rsquo;s dine-in or to-go</li><li>
Properly making smoothies, bowls and toast according to the tickets maintaining consistency, speed and presentation</li><li>
Answering the store&rsquo;s phone and directing inquires to shift leads or manager</li><li>
Cleaning smoothie and toast stations, FOH tables &amp; bathrooms</li><li>
Restocking all disposable ware, cups and merchandiser items when needed</li><li>
Taking directions from shift lead or manager to ensure all prep is done correctly</li><li>
Helping with BOH duties such as dishes, sweep and mop, trash, putting away deliveries and etc.</li><li>
Working together as a team to achieve highest result of customer satisfaction</li></ul>

Team Member

<div>The Creative Content Creator and Social Media Manager will lead the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of Toastique&rsquo;s social media content across corporate channels while supporting franchise locations with social best practices and localized content opportunities.This role requires someone who understands social-first storytelling, has a strong eye for visual content, can capture and edit compelling short-form video, and knows how to turn brand moments into engaging digital campaigns. The ideal candidate is equal parts strategist, creator, trend forecaster, and brand storyteller. 
Creative Content and Social Media Manager will work at the Union Market Office (325 Morse St NE) 2-4 days a week once fully onboarded and dependent on content/photoshoot locations. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Content Capture and Editing<ul><li>
Shoot and edit short form video daily for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, including product features, behind-the-scenes moments, trend-driven content, and product + team storytelling</li><li>
Capture high-quality photography and lifestyle stills for use across social, web, email, and franchise toolkits</li><li>
Produce polished on brand edits on a fast turnaround against the content calendar</li></ul></li><li>
Social Media Strategy and Management</li><li>
Manage the day-to-day posting and publishing of content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn</li><li>
Write engaging captions with strong hooks, clear calls-to-action, and platform-appropriate tone</li><li>
Ensure that all content follows the brand guidelines and maintains a consistent voice and visual identity</li><li>
Assist in maintaining organized workflows for scheduled posts and content preparation</li><li>
Develop and execute Toastique&rsquo;s social media strategy across:<ul><li>

Design engaging carousel posts, story graphics, and branded visual assets using Canva or similar design tools</li><li>
Ensure all creative output aligns with the brands aesthetic and visual standards</li></ul></li><li>
Contribute to monthly content planning with influencer and community highlights</li><li>
Franchise Support<ul><li>
Provide social media guidance and content support to franchisees</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years experience creating and managing organic social campaigns on Meta (Instagram &amp; Facebook), TikTok, and YouTube, with a portfolio of short form videos you have personally shot and edited</li><li>
Strong portfolio showcasing:<ul><li>

Photography</li><li>

Proven experience in either CapCut, DaVinci, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent editing tools</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
6+ years of content, social media, or brand marketing leadership roles experience (food, beverage, hospitality, or lifestyle preferred)</li><li>
Proven experience leading content strategy for multi-location brands</li><li>
Strong creative portfolio demonstrating storytelling across short-form video, social, and digital campaigns</li><li>
Strong creative portfolio of short- form video and photography you personally shot and edited.</li><li>
Strong understanding of social analytics and performance optimization</li><li>
Exceptional creative instincts and visual storytelling ability</li><li>
Strong copywriting and brand voice development skills</li><li>
Experience leading teams and cross-functional collaboration</li><li>
