What you&rsquo;ll do:</div><div>
The Inventory Control and Warehouse Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring efficient warehouse operations, keeping the warehouse clean and organized, and supporting the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. This role plays a key part in optimizing inventory accuracy and supporting overall supply chain efficiency. This is a detail-oriented role that requires strong organizational skills, consistent notetaking, and a commitment to cleanliness and accuracy. Equally important, this role requires the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality staying focused, moving with purpose, and completing tasks quickly and accurately is paramount.</div><div></div><div>
This is a full-time, in-person role, Monday through Friday, based at our North American Headquarters in our brand-new Moon Township facility.</div><div></div><div>

As an Inventory Control and Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for:</div><ul><li><div>
Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments of materials and products.</div></li><li><div>
Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.</div></li><li><div>
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.</div></li><li><div>
Maintain organized and clean warehouse areas. Cleaning is a regular, ongoing part of this role.</div></li><li><div>
Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and barcode scanners.</div></li><li><div>
Enter and update inventory data in Microsoft D365 using both the computer and hand scanner.</div></li><li><div>
Build kits using planned production schedules.</div></li><li><div>
Utilize Excel spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams/Outlook to communicate data with other departments.</div></li><li><div>
Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.</div></li><li><div>
Record and upload shipping manifests from carriers, take notes on shipments, and collect packing slips.</div></li><li><div>
Successfully utilize the Vendor Portal to find documents related to shipments.</div></li><li><div>
Isolate and process nonconforming materials- physically and in the computer.</div></li><li><div>
Process customer returns to ensure the timely and accurate reflection of inventories and make proper disposition of returned products.</div></li><li><div>
Process undeliverable packages to ensure the timely re-shipment of goods to customers.</div></li><li><div>
Participate actively in identifying opportunities to improve warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and workflow efficiency.</div></li><li><div>
Help maintain documentation of process changes and ensure compliance with updated procedures.</div></li><li><div>
Perform various other tasks assigned by manager.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>

Demonstrated experience in inventory management and warehouse operations.</div></li><li><div>
High attention to detail and proven ability to take thorough, accurate notes.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.</div></li><li><div>
Experience with ERP and WMS systems (we use Microsoft D365).</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.</div></li><li><div>
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Teams.</div></li><li><div>
Knowledge of lean warehousing or 5S principles.</div></li><li><div>
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions carefully.</div></li><li><div>
Comfortable with physical labor, cleaning tasks, and repetitive movements in a warehouse setting.</div></li><li><div>
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
Physical Requirements:</div><ul><li><div>
Lifting and Carrying: Ability to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs. (occasionally heavier with help).</div></li><li><div>
Standing and Walking: Prolonged periods of standing and walking throughout the warehouse.</div></li><li><div>
Bending and Stooping: Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, and crouching to access inventory and storage areas.</div></li><li><div>
Reaching and Handling: Regular reaching overhead and handling of materials and equipment.</div></li><li><div>
Climbing: Occasional use of ladders or step stools to access high shelves.</div></li><li><div>
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Cleaning products, tools, and equipment are part of daily operations.</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
