Job Title: BaristaJob Summary: We are looking for a skilled and friendly Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality coffee and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a great caf&eacute; experience.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards.</li><li>Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely and efficiently.</li><li>Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, and handle payments.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the caf&eacute;, including workstations, counters, and seating areas.</li><li>Restock supplies such as coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other items as needed.</li><li>Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.</li><li>Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.</li><li>Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth caf&eacute; operations.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Previous experience as a Barista is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and passion for coffee culture.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Flexibility to work morning, evening, weekends, or night shifts as scheduled.</li><li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul>Work Conditions:<ul><li>Shift-based schedule (AM, PM, and night shifts).</li><li>One day off per week.</li><li>Standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of supplies.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From ﷼4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
