Lab TechnicianWe're looking for a Lab Technician for a 2&ndash;3 month contract in San Jose, CA, with the possibility of extension. The pay rate is $30&ndash;$35/hr, and we'll provide daily lunch.This is an ideal role for a reliable and organized individual with a background in hardware or a lab environment. You'll be the key to keeping our lab running smoothly, allowing our engineering team to focus on their work.What You'll Do:<ul><li>Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient lab, addressing clutter and trip hazards.</li><li>Manage supplies by tracking inventory, unpacking deliveries, and placing new orders.</li><li>Coordinate with the landlord for any necessary maintenance.</li><li>Communicate effectively with our diverse team of engineers to ensure proper handling of all materials.</li></ul>What You'll Need:<ul><li>3&ndash;5 years of experience in a hardware or lab-related environment.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills with a strong focus on cleanliness and order.</li><li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.</li><li>The flexibility to handle a variety of tasks in a dynamic startup setting.</li><li>The physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds.</li><li>Experience in a startup or robotics environment is a plus.</li><li>An Associate's (AA) degree is a plus.</li></ul>Job Types: Contract, TemporaryPay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekWork Location: In person
