Develops and prepares job profiles and assists with job description creation
</li><li>Supports partial-cycle recruiting activities for an average of 40+ requisitions simultaneously, including sourcing, resume screening, candidate management, and offer support.</li><li>
Provides training and ongoing support to hiring managers on iCIMS and recruitment processes to ensure a consistent and efficient hiring experience</li><li>
May negotiate employment terms and prepare offer letters
</li><li>Maintains recruiting and candidate pipeline reporting</li><li>
Builds strong partnerships with hiring managers while managing all stages of the interviewing process with the appropriate hiring team</li><li>
Oversees the organization's Indeed recruitment platform, managing all job postings, vendor relationships, sponsored job strategies, performance analytics, and job advertisement optimization to maximize candidate flow and hiring outcomes</li><li>
Assists in building a strong applicant tracking process within our applicant tracking system (iCIMS)</li><li>
Constantly strives to improve and implement an overall recruiting strategy</li><li>
Ensures positive candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the hiring process</li><li>
May provide support for various Human Resource functions</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></div><ul><li>
1-3 years full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees, preferably in the healthcare field</li><li>
Hands on experience of various recruiting techniques and selection processes</li><li>
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System</li><li>
Experience with LinkedIn and Indeed
</li><li>High level of confidence and ability to conduct different types of interviews
</li><li>Ability to think outside the box for networking and building a strong candidate pipeline</li><li>
Excellent interviewing skills and strong written and oral communication skills
</li><li>Strong decision-making skills and demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize multiple demands concurrently</li><li>

The <b>Receptionist</b> is a brand ambassador and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to every patient, every time. This role must provide outstanding customer service to each patient either on the phone or in person. The <b>Receptionist</b> is also responsible for greeting patients, scheduling future appointments, and utilizing the Electronic Health Record system in a professional and efficient manner.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Greeting every patient with a smile</li><li>
Completing and updating patients' insurance information with accuracy and efficiency</li><li>
Utilizes the Electronic Health Record system to complete the registration process and facilitate the patients' visit with their Physician, Certified Nurse Midwife and /or the diagnostic technician</li><li>
