Token Jewelry is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-loving person to join our team as a Social Media + Content Coordinator! This person will dream up and execute fresh, scroll-stopping content that brings our brand to life across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and more. If you&rsquo;re obsessed with storytelling, know your way around a content calendar, and love jewelry as much as we do, let&rsquo;s chat.
Salary Compensation: $22-27 per hour
What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul>
<li>
Own and manage our social media calendar&mdash;keeping things organized, strategic, and on brand, while maintaining a degree of spontaneity</li>
<li>Brainstorm and pitch creative ideas that highlight new collections, in-store happenings, behind-the-scenes moments, and more</li>
<li>Assist with on-the-fly content creation (think: reels, stories, photoshoots, in-studio footage)</li>
<li>Write engaging captions in our brand voice&mdash;playful, elevated, and effortlessly cool</li>
<li>Plan and prep content in collaboration with our design and retail teams</li>
<li>Stay on top of trends, audio, and platform updates to keep our content feeling fresh</li>
<li>Respond to DMs and comments with warmth, speed, and clarity</li>
<li>Help manage our Brand Ambassador program by finding fresh new faces and engaging accounts</li>
<li>Support campaign launches, promotions, and events with strategic social content</li>
</ul>
Who You Are:<ul>
<li>
A jewelry lover and creative spirit</li>
<li>Upbeat, outgoing, and excited to bring ideas to the table</li>
<li>A strong writer who gets tone and brand voice</li>
<li>A social-savvy planner and executor&mdash;you love both ideating and getting things done</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with grace</li>
<li>Comfortable on set, in front of and behind the camera</li>
<li>Quick to adapt, willing to pivot, and thrive in a fast-paced, small team environment</li>
<li>Familiar with Canva, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and scheduling tools such as Planoly</li>
</ul>
What You Have:<ul>
<li>
1 year of Photography or video editing experience</li>
<li>At least 1-2 years social media experience in a retail or fashion environment</li>
<li>An eye for styling and aesthetics</li>
</ul>
