We are proudly part of Japan Post. &ndash; www.tollgroup.com</p><p>Toll manages and delivers case management and a range of associated services on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to support Refugee and Humanitarian Visa clients with the medical assessment process and subsequent travel to Australia.</p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>The Role</p><p>We are looking for an Operations Manager based in Ankara, who will own and lead core operational functions including, regional service delivery elements, operational escalations, KPI performance and service recovery processes.</p><p>Toll is proud to work on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs to deliver services in support of Refugees and Humanitarian visa clients. These services support the medical assessments and subsequent travel to Australia. As an Operations Manager, you will lead a team of logistics staff who operate in the field, including those who are airport based to ensure that services are delivered effectively and appropriately.</p><p>As a senior member of the regional team, you will directly support the Regional Manager with overall Assisted Passage Program deliverables and be a recognised 2IC supporting your region.</p><p><b>About You</b></p><p>To be successful in this role you will likely have:</p><p>&middot; Comprehensive awareness of Refugee &amp; Humanitarian resettlement operations and/or the delivery of services to refugees in long term host country environments.</p><p>&middot; Experience with leading case management &amp;; service delivery teams in large organisations in cross border environments.</p><p>&middot; Experience with identifying and resolving service delivery issues or failures.</p><p>&middot; Broad experience working within global organisations (commercial or non-profit) including the management of client deliverables.</p><p>&middot; Practical experience of leading operational teams in the delivery of support services to refugees.</p><p>&middot; Practical experience of managing risks and implementing strategies to mitigate those risks.</p><p>&middot; Previous experience in delivering services within a Child Safeguarding Framework.</p><p>&middot; Current or previous experience at leading, motivating and managing diverse teams across multiple locations.</p><p>Additional information:</p><p>Be connected</p><p>With a bold vision and innovative drive, join our 16,000 colleagues as we lead industry change and transform how customers best meet their global supply chain needs in a meaningful and sustainable way. The opportunity</div><ul><li><div>
Lead, direct, and manage logistics and embellishment operations to ensure the team delivers high-quality service and customer satisfaction. The role also focuses on achieving profitable and cost-efficient operations while ensuring compliance with company policies, ISO standards, GDP regulations, and other guidelines.</div></li><li><div>
Manage documentation for Q.A. activities, including SOPs, change control, CAPA, and other related processes.</div></li><li><div>
Prepare, monitor, and implement SOPs and related formats.</div></li><li><div>
Manage complaints, deviations, change control, and CAPA processes.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure CAPAs, change control, and deviations are closed on time.</div></li><li><div>
Monitor and review equipment and area qualifications, including temperature mapping</div></li><li><div>
Ensure site functions like pest control, preventive maintenance, and cleaning are effectively managed by site management, with issues escalated when necessary.</div></li><li><div>
Ensure the organization complies with client standards, quality agreements, and regulatory norms.</div></li><li><div>
Assist in Execution of Internal Audit and Support to External Audit</div></li><li><div>
Support the development and maintenance of quality systems with clients and operations to ensure all warehouse activities follow approved SOPs and regulatory guidelines (GMP, GDP, etc.)</div></li></ul><div></div><div>
