What you bring to the table:
<ul>
<li>You are 18 years of age or older.</li>
<li>You have prior experience leading others.
</li><li>You have or are willing to obtain certifications as required.</li>
<li>You have willingness to learn, adapt, and seek new skills &amp; experiences.</li>
<li>A history of ensuring your customers have a seamless shopping experience.</li>
<li>You use your time and resources efficiently and effectively.</li>
<li>You act with integrity, pride, and passion day in and day out.</li>
<li>For Bakery: You bring 1 year or more of experience as a Baker.</li>
<li>For Meat: You have knowledge of and ability to process different cuts of meat, as well as previous experience working in a meat department and with various tools (grinders, saws, and other meat processing tools).</li>
