  <li>
   Solid fundamentals in algorithm design and analysis data structures, complexity reasoning, and applied algorithms for geospatial and signal-processing problems.

   Solid fundamentals in machine learning model training and evaluation, statistics, and experimental design.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in Python; experience with at least one ML framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or equivalent) and at least one large-scale data processing framework (Spark, Databricks, or equivalent).
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience taking algorithms, ML models, or data pipelines into production, not just running experiments offline.
  </li>
  <li>
   Breadth across applied science comfortable working across algorithms, modeling, evaluation, ground truth quality, and methodology. You should be able to pick up a new sub-domain quickly rather than only operating in a single area of expertise.

   Working familiarity with several of the following (in depth experience is not needed) algorithm design for geospatial and geometric problems (polygon geometry, map-matching, spatial indexing), classical ML and clustering on noisy sensor data, computer vision (detection, segmentation), data and ML pipelines at scale (training pipelines, MLOps, dataset generation).

Applied Scientist

<div><div>We are looking for an experienced AI Governance Engineer to own the technical governance of generative AI and machine learning tools across the enterprise. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of software engineering, security, compliance, and AI. You will translate complex policies into practical guardrails, evaluate and onboard new AI capabilities safely, and ensure our developers can move fast without breaking things (or regulations).</div>

Senior AI Governance Engineer

<div><div><p>We are building a high-performance ADAS Online team focused on advancing state-of-the-art machine learning and AI algorithms for scene understanding and environmental awareness. As ML Staff Engineer, you will drive the algorithmic direction of our present and future in-vehicle spatial awareness stack while remaining deeply hands-on in model design, experimentation, and performance improvement. Director Applied Science ADAS

<div><p>We are looking for an Expert Applied Scientist to join the Speeds VS team, leading end‑to‑end machine learning and data-driven initiatives that improve the quality, scalability, and automation of speed limit data and map consistency.</p><div><br>
</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Do</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Design and deploy ML and data-driven solutions to detect, validate, and reduce map quality issues (e.g. data drift, feature distribution shifts across countries, road classes, and sources).</li>
<li>Define and drive data analysis and model evaluation standards, including advanced and segmented performance metrics.</li>
<li>Lead the productionization of models and data pipelines, working closely with engineers and data engineers, including pipeline optimization.</li>
<li>Build and improve end-to-end automated workflows (from issue detection to resolution and closure), minimizing manual processes.</li>
<li>Perform code reviews and optimization, ensuring high-quality, production-ready solutions.</li>
<li>Mentor and guide less experienced scientists; contribute to planning and coordination of data science initiatives.</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Need</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>4+ years of experience in data science / applied science roles (Senior level).</li>
<li>Strong expertise in machine learning (supervised, unsupervised, and dimensionality reduction techniques) and model selection.</li>
<li>Excellent Python skills and experience with large-scale data processing (e.g. Spark, big data environments).</li>
<li>Proven experience in building and deploying data pipelines and ML solutions in production.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li>
</ul></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What's Nice to Have</b></h3><div>
<ul><li>Experience with geospatial or road network data.</li>
<li>Experience with ML experimentation and monitoring tools (e.g. MLflow, Databricks).</li>
