 Commitment to a 9 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 06.03.2026 and ending on 07.31.2026 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.
 
 
 
 What You&rsquo;ll Be Doing
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 First-Line Support: Acting as the initial point of contact for technical requests via Slack, email, and in-person "walk-ups."
 </li>
 <li>
 Hardware Deployment: Assisting with the setup, imaging, and configuration of workstations (primarily Mac-based) for new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshooting: Diagnosing issues with software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft 365), hardware (laptops, printers), and office connectivity.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meeting Support: Ensuring conference room AV technology is functional and software is current.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Asset Management:
 
 
 Helping maintain an accurate inventory of hardware, peripherals, and software licenses.

 Technical Literacy: A foundational understanding of macOS and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with mobile devices (iOS/Android) is a plus.

What to expect as a Studio Design Intern at Tombras:
Commitment to a 9 week, paid internship, $18 an hour starting on 06/02/26 and ending on 07/31/26 with a maximum of 25 hours per week.<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you'll be doing:</h3><ul><li>
You&rsquo;ll create and coordinate the production of final artwork, including; vector art manipulation and creative layouts. The coordination of this end-to-end process should result in the studio building files accurately according to creative intent and vendor specifications. This is an opportunity to work on high visibility clients and work alongside world-class Project Managers, Designers, and Creative Directors.</li><li>
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and consistency around the project requirements, scope, and deliverables</li><li>
Ensure smooth movement of files and deliverables through the Studio Production team, with respect to deadlines, quality and accuracy</li><li>
Coordinate all art elements from various sources, which would include Art Director&rsquo;s files, artwork from re-touchers, illustrators, copy from writers and printing specifications from Print Production and outside vendors</li><li>
Build digital art files from all art elements including Art director&rsquo;s files and printing specifications</li><li>
Prepare and check files for accuracy and correct file formats before submitting to team members.</li><li>
Continually meet and communicate with team members throughout a project to make additional changes and to receive new elements as the project progresses</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What you bring:</h3><ul><li>
Candidates should have prior work or life experience in a relevant field, be currently enrolled as a Senior in a relevant program, or a recent graduate with a degree in Design, Graphic Arts or similar field (a degree is not required)</li><li>
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and G-Suite in a Mac environment</li><li>
Must be highly detail-oriented in work and communication</li><li>
Ability to maintain timelines, priorities and organize work</li><li>
Positive attitude and ability to work and succeed in a team environment</li><li>

Content creation: blog posts, news releases, slide decks, etc.</li><li>

Work with the Creative team to contribute to the conceptual and visual development of various projects.</li><li>
Collaborate with the Creative Director, Art Directors, Copywriters and Designers to execute design direction.</li><li>
Create and edit digital assets for both internal presentations and client deliverables.</li><li>
Research trends and assist in creating mood boards, sketches and presentation decks.</li><li>
Other responsibilities and tasks as assigned.</li></ul> 
What you bring:<ul><li>
