Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Interior Architect to join our design team in Dubai. The candidate will have strong interior design and technical skills, with hands-on experience in shop drawings, site coordination, inspections, and snagging. The role supports both residential and commercial projects, working closely with the Design Manager, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign &amp; Technical<ul><li>Develop and review interior design drawings, layouts, and technical details.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings when required and review consultant/contractor submissions.</li><li>Review materials, finishes, joinery details, ceiling layouts, lighting layouts, and general interior design elements.</li><li>Support the design development of interior spaces as required.</li></ul>Site Coordination<ul><li>Conduct site inspections and snagging works.</li><li>Check site execution against approved drawings and design intent.</li><li>Identify design or site issues and propose practical solutions.</li><li>Ensure drawings and site works are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements.</li></ul>Stakeholder Coordination<ul><li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.</li><li>Support both residential and commercial projects from design stage through to site execution.</li><li>Support landscape design coordination when required, including reviewing outdoor spaces, finishes, softscape/hardscape intent, and general landscape design integration.</li></ul>RequirementsEducation &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 4&ndash;6 years of experience in interior design, technical drawings, and site coordination.</li><li>Experience in the UAE or GCC market is a strong advantage.</li><li>Previous experience with a developer, consultant, or fit-out company preferred.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Strong knowledge of interior design, materials, finishes, joinery, ceilings, lighting, and detailing.</li><li>Ability to review and produce interior drawings and shop drawings.</li><li>Proven experience in site inspections, snagging, and contractor coordination.</li><li>Familiarity with local authority processes (Dubai Municipality, DDA, or Trakhees) is an advantage.</li></ul>Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per monthWork Location: In person
