Job description:Key Responsibilities (Real Estate Developer experience only apply)<ul><li>Provide comprehensive administrative support to the on-site sales department.</li><li>Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive information throughout document handling and the sales process.</li><li>Keep sales records and documentation meticulously organized and current.</li><li>Prepare and file essential paperwork associated with sales transactions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies and legal requirements.</li><li>Manage customer issues, collaborating with the sales team to coordinate resolutions.</li><li>Cultivate positive relationships with clients through effective communication.</li><li>Generate, analyze, and present sales reports for management review in specified formats.</li><li>Offer insights into sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.</li><li>Facilitate seamless communication between the sales team, internal departments, and external stakeholders.</li><li>Coordinate and organize meetings, conferences, and appointments for the sales team as needed.</li><li>Assist in the creation of sales presentations and materials.</li><li>Attend to walk-in customers and direct them to the appropriate person or team.</li><li>Timely distribution of customer queries/matters to the designated agent.</li><li>Efficiently prepare contracts in accordance with established timelines.</li><li>Liaise with clients via emails and telephone, ensuring professional and timely responses.</li><li>Log accurate information, including data, accounting details, and client interactions, in accordance with established processes.</li><li>Identify and propose process efficiencies to enhance team productivity.</li><li>Assign leads as per established processes and maintain an updated CRM.</li><li>Manage the payment collection process for agent deals following the appropriate procedures.</li><li>Prepare agent paperwork/files, ensuring readiness for accounts and end-of-month figures.</li><li>Foster strong client rapport through daily liaison, aligning with the Savills brand.</li><li>Maintain a comprehensive awareness business to identify and share cross-selling opportunities with management and colleagues.</li><li>Collaborate as an effective team member, sharing knowledge and experience to improve efficiencies.</li><li>Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and objectives.</li><li>Participate in all launch/hosted events, representing the brand and furthering client relationships.</li></ul>Compensation:<ul><li>Possess a degree or equivalent education, or a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative capacity.</li><li>Demonstrated track record in sales administration or a comparable role.</li><li>Exhibits robust organizational and multitasking capabilities.</li><li>Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.</li><li>Familiarity with sales processes and customer service principles.</li><li>Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.</li><li>Background in a client and customer-facing role.</li><li>Desirable experience in the Real Estate sector.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
