<div>Legal Receptionist - Front Desk 
TonaLaw is seeking a professional and client-focused Legal Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, maintains a friendly and empathetic demeanor, and provides outstanding customer service in the face of high-stress scenarios. This role involves handling a high volume of calls, greeting clients, and supporting daily office operations to ensure a positive client experience.

Compensation: $47,500 and up
Compensation:
$47,500+ yearly
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Answer, screen, and route high-volume phone calls professionally.
</li><li>Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
</li><li>Complete quick intakes and open matters in case management software.
</li><li>Handle messages, mail, faxes, and office supply management.
</li><li>Assess and respond to client needs, resolving concerns effectively.
</li><li>Assist with routine projects, including FedEx shipments and client gift baskets.
</li><li>Support operations to maintain smooth daily office functioning.
</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 1 year of experience as a legal receptionist.
</li><li>Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
</li><li>Strong customer service skills and professional demeanor.
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented.
</li><li>Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations.
</li><li>Team-oriented with ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
