Then this may be a great fit for you!Responsibilities<ul><li>Support and work closely with our ingredient purchasing agent by processing purchase order confirmations (including confirming pricing, arranging freight, and purchase order date management within Microsoft Dynamics)</li><li>Be the primary responsible party for dispatching, tracking, and updating purchase orders accordingly</li><li>Manage new raw material item set up within Microsoft Dynamics</li><li>Assist in reporting by comfortably pulling data and composing organized and effective spreadsheets</li><li>Support in special projects and other miscellaneous inquiries, requests and tasks within the procurement department</li><li>Collaborate with raw material buyers to address and resolve raw material quality/supplier issues</li><li>Assist the procurement team with maintaining raw material order metrics, raw material pricing, and vendor account information by updating information accordingly within Microsoft D365</li><li>Assist in reconciliation of invoices</li><li>Work closely with our production planning department regarding schedule changes and delivery adjustments needed.</li><li>Liaising between departments regarding inquiries, to communicate updates, and/or to coordinate special deliveries</li></ul>Success Factors<ul><li>You love interacting with different people and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external contacts at all levels</li><li>You&rsquo;re a master at organization</li><li>You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with balancing and prioritizing multiple tasks at once</li><li>You have a great sense of urgency and love crossing things off your list</li><li>You&rsquo;re a team player</li><li>You have a general understanding of the manufacturing process and supply chain</li><li>You have 2-5 years of procurement/ administrative experience</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Microsoft Dynamics D365/ERP Software</li><li>MS Office/ Outlook/ Teams</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Excel</li><li>Comfortable with pulling/organizing/evaluating data accordingly</li><li>Share point/One Drive</li><li>Professional, positive and effective interpersonal skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Retirement plan</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Melrose Park, IL 60160 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Melrose Park, IL 60160: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
