About the RoleWe are seeking a Workflow Planner to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organizing workflows, maintaining system databases , and supporting cross-team collaboration. You&rsquo;ll play a key part in ensuring parts move smoothly through our shop, while also helping colleagues understand and follow processes.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Planning &amp; Routing: Create and manage routings to move parts efficiently through the shop.</li><li>Data Management: Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems.</li><li>Training &amp; Support: Meet with team members to explain processes, provide guidance, and assist with training.</li><li>Administrative Support: Handle filing and general office organization.</li><li>Flexibility: Ability to learn new responsibilities and continue to grow with the team.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Strong organizational and planning skills.</li><li>Comfortable with data entry and maintaining accurate records.</li><li>Excellent communication skills; able to train and explain processes clearly.</li><li>Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.</li><li>Willingness to adapt and support different areas of the shop as needed.</li></ul>Why Join UsThis position offers the opportunity to be at the center of shop operations, ensuring efficiency and clarity across teams.
