</ul><div><b>Positon Summary:</b></div>
<div>The Grocery clerk is responsible for delivering remarkable customer service by providing customers with exceptional product knowledge, efficient service, and a friendly attitude; will be exposed to a variety of retail tasks related to the product, customer service, and merchandising.</div>

<b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Greeting and building rapport with vendors.</li>
<li>Display a friendly and outgoing attitude through good eye contact and body language.</li>
<li>Respond to customer questions in an effective manner.</li>
<li>Stock products and maintain product displays according to merchandising standards.</li>
<li>Basic department cleaning upkeep.</li>
<li>Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers.</li>
<li>Baler use may be required but only if you are 18 years of age or older with the proper training.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as assigned or required.</li>

<ul><li>Highly organized with a keen sense of details.</li>
<li>Great listening and communication skills.</li>
<li>Can handle lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting while handling products or using various equipment.</li>

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.

<ul><li>Manager roles have a bonus target potential paid out quarterly based on company results/metrics.</li></ul></div>

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including,<br>
but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training.<br>
The Company offers competitive medical, dental, vision, and supplemental benefits to its team members.

Team Members are also able to participate in the company's 401k plan that includes a safe harbor match.<br>

<div></div><div><b>POSITION SUMMARY:</b></div>
</div><div>As a Produce Clerk, you will provide product suggestions and assist customers with any questions. You will stock cases and ensure that our customers have a variety of high-quality produce items to choose from. You will ensure complete compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements throughout your daily work. You will clean and sanitize produce department areas, preparation areas, and equipment periodically.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div>
<ul><li>Greeting and building rapport with customers.</li>

<li>Process deliveries, breaking load down onto stock carts or pallets and then transferring to the sales floor.</li>
<li>Comply with Company policies on freshness dating and safety procedures.</li>
<li>Maintain clean work areas by consolidating and organizing the product.Basic department cleaning upkeep.</li>
<li>Follow safety and sanitation procedures to ensure quality service and products for our customers.</li>
<li>Organize items on shelves, remove expired products from displays, and assist shoppers in their daily needs.</li>
<li>May perform other duties as assigned or required.</li>
