Job Title: IT Intern &ndash; Systems, Network &amp; ProcurementLocation: Karachi, Clifton Company: Authentik Solution Job Type: Internship (Full-time, On-site)Position SummaryWe are looking for a motivated IT Intern to join our team at Authentik Solution. This role provides a great opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year IT/CS students to gain hands-on experience in IT systems, network administration, and IT procurement. The intern will assist in day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting, and procurement activities, working closely with the IT System &amp; Network Administrator.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and VoIP phones.</li><li>Assist with LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and ensure smooth network connectivity.</li><li>Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.</li><li>Assist in IT procurement activities including quotations, vendor coordination, and purchase requests.</li><li>Maintain and update IT inventory records (hardware, software licenses, consumables).</li><li>Support in managing network infrastructure devices (switches, routers, access points).</li><li>Provide user support for emails, accounts, and access issues.</li><li>Document recurring problems and escalate to senior IT staff when required.</li><li>Assist in implementing IT policies, security practices, and backups.</li><li>Provide on-site assistance for meetings, VoIP, and conferencing systems.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (or currently enrolled) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.</li><li>Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.</li><li>Familiarity with troubleshooting Windows, printers, and internet connectivity issues.</li><li>Interest in learning IT systems, procurement processes, and infrastructure management.</li><li>Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Hands-on experience in IT systems, networking, and procurement.</li><li>Mentorship from experienced IT professionals.</li><li>Exposure to enterprise-level IT infrastructure.</li><li>Opportunity to grow into a full-time role based on performance.</li></ul>How to ApplyInterested candidates can apply through Indeed or send their updated CV/Resume directly to: aqib19950@gmail.comJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Have you ever troubleshooted a LAN/Wi-Fi connectivity issue?
