Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general dentistry, pediatric dentistry, and various dental procedures. The Dentist will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, performing assessments, and developing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to patient education, and adherence to all health regulations.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments of patients.</li><li>Diagnose dental conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.</li><li>Perform a variety of dental procedures including but not limited to dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery.</li><li>Utilize four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures.</li><li>Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.</li><li>Ensure infection control protocols are strictly followed in accordance with aseptic techniques.</li><li>Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with dental hygienists and support staff to provide exceptional patient care.</li><li>Stay updated on advancements in dental technology and practices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.</li><li>Valid state dental license and current certification in CPR.</li><li>Proficiency in dental software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix is preferred.</li><li>Experience in pediatric dentistry is a plus; familiarity with pediatric patients is essential.</li><li>Strong knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, medical terminology, and medical documentation practices.</li><li>Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is highly desirable.</li><li>Ability to perform various dental procedures including but not limited to dental fabrication and medical imaging techniques.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and assessment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: $138,422.52 - $166,702.38 per yearWork Location: In person
