This is a high-impact role for a strategist who can manage the entire product lifecycle from digital onboarding to final sale. You will be responsible for ensuring our online presence is as robust and customer-centric as our physical retail footprint in the heart of Muscat&rsquo;s electronic district.Marketplace DNA &amp; Focus Areas<ul><li>Platform Optimization: Oversee the end-to-end functionality of our e-commerce site, ensuring a seamless user journey and high conversion rates for our consumer electronics portfolio.</li><li>Inventory &amp; Catalog Governance: Manage the digital lifecycle of thousands of SKUs, ensuring real-time accuracy between the Al Khuwair HQ inventory and the live digital storefront.</li><li>Customer Experience (CX) Leadership: Utilize data analytics to identify and remediate friction points in the checkout and delivery processes, enhancing customer loyalty in the Omani market.</li><li>Feature Roadmap Development: Collaborate with engineering and marketing teams to prioritize and deploy new site features that drive revenue and competitive advantage.</li></ul>Required Candidate DNA<ul><li>Professional Background: 6+ years of experience in e-commerce product management, preferably within the consumer electronics or high-volume retail sectors of the GCC.</li><li>Technical Toolkit: Deep experience with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce; proficiency in Google Analytics and A/B testing methodologies.</li><li>Communication Standards: C2-level professional English is essential for cross-departmental coordination and high-level reporting.</li><li>Visual Documentation: Ability to use Loom to present site performance audits and feature walkthroughs to the executive management team.</li></ul>Environment &amp; LocationTop Choice Electro offers a fast-paced, innovation-first environment at the Electronic Mall HQ.
