Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will be the face of our establishment, creating memorable experiences for guests through exceptional service and expertly crafted drinks. Whether working in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment, you&rsquo;ll bring your passion for hospitality to every interaction, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction.Duties<ul><li>Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, spirits, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options</li><li>Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their experience and promote sales</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards</li><li>Manage cash handling, POS transactions (including Aloha POS and Micros POS systems), and billing accurately</li><li>Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of popular items</li><li>Uphold responsible serving practices by checking IDs, recognizing intoxication signs, and adhering to alcohol service laws</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen staff for food service when applicable, including catering or banquet events</li><li>Handle customer inquiries promptly, resolve issues professionally, and create a lively yet safe environment for all guests</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings with strong knowledge of food industry standards</li><li>Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods</li><li>Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service practices</li><li>Experience with serving in catering or large event environments is a plus</li><li>Familiarity with brewing processes or hospitality industry trends is advantageous</li></ul>Join our team if you&rsquo;re passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment!
