The Big Picture:</b></p><p>
TopDog Law is building a marketing engine that combines bold brand storytelling with frictionless digital experiences. We&rsquo;re seeking a Full-Stack UX Designer (75% UX / 25% Visual &amp; Email Design) to take ownership of user journeys across:</p><ul><li>

Your primary focus will be understanding user behavior, structuring intuitive flows, and optimizing for conversion. You&rsquo;ll also contribute to brand-forward visual assets that amplify our identity. You&rsquo;ll report directly to the Director of Web Development and collaborate closely with the Director of Creative Lab, performance marketing, and decision science. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced, experimental environment where design drives measurable business results.</p><p><b>
What You'll Do:</b></p><p>
At TopDog, every touchpoint is a performance channel, and design is how we turn attention into action. You will:</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
UX &amp; Product Design</b></h3><ul><li>
Lead UX design for high-traffic landing pages, the website, and campaign experiences (research, wireframes, prototypes, final designs).</li><li>
Design experiences optimized for React/Next.js or WordPress environments&mdash;understanding component-based structures, responsiveness, and performance constraints.</li><li>
Create user flows and interactions that maximize clarity, trust, and conversion across web and email.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Research &amp; Experimentation</b></h3><ul><li>
Conduct and synthesize user research, usability tests, and screen recordings.</li><li>
Apply learnings to improve flows, structure, messaging, and interaction patterns.</li><li>
Collaborate on A/B tests and data-driven UX experiments.</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Cross-Functional Execution</b></h3><ul><li>
Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect, performant implementation.</li><li>
Partner with decision science to translate behavioral insights into UX improvements.</li><li>

Visual &amp; Brand Design (25% of role)</b></h3><ul><li>

Maintain and evolve the TopDog design system.</li><li>
Ensure consistency across UX, visual assets, and multi-channel experiences.</li></ul><p><b>
What You Bring:</b></p><ul><li>
3&ndash;5 years of experience in UX design, with a portfolio showcasing high-impact digital experiences.</li><li>
Strong skills in UX fundamentals: wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design.</li><li>
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.</li><li>
Experience designing graphics/visual assets in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).</li><li>
Understanding of A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, and data-driven design optimization.</li><li>
Ability to conduct or synthesize user research and usability findings into actionable design changes.</li><li>
Ability to design ad-focused graphics using strong visual storytelling, clean typography, and effective layout techniques that align with brand identity.</li><li>
Strong creativity and initiative in developing original ad concepts, from digital campaigns to large-scale formats such as billboards, with the ability to translate creative ideas into bold, attention-grabbing visuals.</li><li>
Strong communication skills; able to present design work clearly and persuasively.</li><li>

We are rebuilding our entire web experience using Next.js, a scalable component system, and an architecture built for speed, SEO, and conversion. As a Senior Front-End Engineer, you will be the Director of Web Development&rsquo;s primary technical partner. You will build the components, templates, and user experiences that become the backbone of our marketing engine.</p><p>
This role is for someone who loves clean, modern front-end engineering, cares deeply about performance, and wants to ship work that drives the business forward.</p><p><b>
What You'll Do:</b></p><p><b>
Building the Platform</b></p><ul><li>
Build responsive, accessible, and reusable front-end components in React/Next.js</li><li>
Translate Figma designs into clean, production-ready interfaces</li><li>
Implement page templates, modules, and content-driven layouts tied to a headless CMS (Sanity)</li><li>
Integrate content from Sanity into Next.js App Router using Server Components, route-level data fetching, and smart caching</li><li>
Build high-conversion marketing and intake flows: landing pages, FAQs, and lead forms</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
CMS &amp; Content Modeling (Sanity)</b></h4><ul><li>
Design and implement schemas for pages, sections, FAQs, forms, and reusable content blocks</li><li>
Build robust GROQ (Graph-Relational Object Queries) queries and utilities for fetching content in Next.js Server Components</li><li>
Implement preview and draft/live workflows so editors can safely preview content before publishing</li><li>
Support migration of existing content (e.g., from WordPress) into other CMS where appropriate</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing/content teams to ensure content models support their workflows without compromising performance or maintainability</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Performance &amp; SEO Optimization</b></h3><ul><li>
Optimize Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and mobile performance</li><li>
Keep Lighthouse performance/SEO scores consistently high</li><li>
Improve image loading, font strategies, caching, and bundle weight</li><li>
Ensure code is structured for speed, clarity, and maintainability</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Conversion-Focused Development</b></h3><ul><li>
Build high-intent landing pages and multi-step lead flows</li><li>
Implement dynamic modules (FAQs, testimonials, results, attorney profiles)</li><li>
Support A/B test variants and rapid experimentation cycles</li><li>
Work closely with UX to refine and iterate based on behavioral insights</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Analytics &amp; Tracking Implementation</b></h3><ul><li>
Implement event tracking for forms, CTAs, scroll behavior, and funnels</li><li>
Work with decision science to validate that tracking fires cleanly</li><li>

Design System &amp; Code Quality</b></h3><ul><li>
Help create and maintain a scalable design system with well-structured components</li><li>
Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering standards</li><li>

Collaboration &amp; Communication</b></h3><ul><li>
Work closely with the Director of Web Development on architecture and execution</li><li>

What You Bring:</b></p><ul><li>
4+ years of front-end development experience</li><li>
Strong proficiency in React and Next.js (App Router experience is a plus)</li><li>
Proficiency in <b>TypeScript</b>, modern JavaScript (ES6+), and modern CSS</li><li>
Experience working with at least one headless CMS; <b>Sanity</b> experience preferred</li><li>
Experience consuming and integrating REST or GraphQL APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)</li><li>
Proven ability to translate Figma designs into pixel-accurate, production-ready builds</li><li>
Solid understanding of web performance, Core Web Vitals, and how to build fast pages in practice</li><li>
Comfort working in Git with modern development workflows</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
